The soon to be released movie NOKJ is inspired from model Jessica Lall's murder case. The movie shows that if media uses its power correctly it can make a huge difference. The film does not mock the judiciary system. It simply portrays the real life factual event. Rani is playing the character of Meera, represents media as a whole.
